How quickly will my order be shipped?

The staff at our warehouses try to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.   During normal times, 97.7% of all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.   Delays are experienced during peak times such as Christmas or Black Friday and Cyber Monday. 

Christmas deadlines are typically around 3 weeks prior to Christmas. Please order early to avoid disappointment!   If you aren't sure if you will get it in time, we also offer gift cards that are delivered directly to your mail box.  You can find gift cards here .  

The majority of our orders are now being shipped from our Canadian warehouse.   The default shipping for our US and international customers is without tracking.  If you would like tracking, there is an option at checkout to add tracking on.   

 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

It depends on whether you selected tracking at checkout.   

With Tracking:  Tracking must be selected at checkout. The tracking option cannot be added after your item has been shipped.  Due to delays with courier and mail companies, we require 20 business days after the estimated delivery day before we will send out a replacement.  As long as the carrier does not show it delivered to you, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.    If this has happened to you, please contact us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com .

Without Tracking:  If you did not add tracking at time of purchase, it cannot be added after it has been shipped.  We utilize Small Packet Air to send our products internationally.  The estimate for delivery is 5-15 business days.   If you do not choose tracking, you must allow 30 business days after the shipping date before we can send a replacement.  If this has happened to you, please contact us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com .

All of our carriers are reporting that they currently cannot guarantee delivery times, so the times we provide are an estimate only.  

 

Do you ship to where I live?

We ship internationally!  There are a few exceptions though.   To check to see if we ship to your country, check out our shipping information page here.

 

 

I need to return an order, what do I do?

We at Strong and Humble want to make sure you are happy!   If it is within 6 weeks from the date of purchase, we will be happy to help you.  Whether the product is misprinted, damaged, defective, wrong size, or wrong color let us know and we will do our best to help you get the product you want!

Any purchases made in December will be returnable or exchangeable until January 31 to account for gifts.

You will need to enter in the email or phone number that you used with your order and the order number.  Please let us know why you are returning your purchase so we can keep making our products better!

How do I know what size I am?

We have done our best to make sure that there are sizing charts on every product and if something fits a little different than what you would expect we have said it on the product description.

Why did I only receive part of my shipment?

We have several different facilities that make our products. For example, T-Shirts are sent out from a different facility than the hats.   If one product is ready to be shipped out, we will send it to you.  When the other part of your shipment is ready, you will get another notice of delivery for that package.   If there are two or more packages to your shipment, there is no extra shipping cost to you. 

 

Is there any special care instructions for washing your products?

We recommend that you wash your shirts inside out in cold water.   They can be put in the dryer, but if they are hung to dry the design will last longer.   Shirts are pre-shrunk so they should not shrink if put in the dryer.  

 

What currency is the store in?

The store operates in a number of different currencies.   When you first visit our store, it will try to locate where you are and suggest a currency.  If you would like to shop in a different currency, you can change it down at the bottom of any of our pages.   Your cart and checkout will also tell you what currency you are shopping and paying in. 

Available currencies are US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, British Pound Sterling, and the Euro.   The amount charged to your credit card will be in the currency that you have shopped with.   No worries about surprise exchange rates when shopping!  

 

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

If the order has not been shipped, we can make modifications for you.   Email us at info@strongandhumbleapparel.com .   We will make every attempt to fix whatever needs to be changed for you and will confirm whether we have been able to make the changes for you by return email.
